FULFILLMENT AND PRIVACY POLICY

FULFILLMENT POLICY

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Please see our order processing and fulfillment information below:

  • For inventoried products, all orders are processed and fulfilled within 3 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise noted.
  • For inventoried products with additional decoration, all orders are collected and processed after the order is placed, unless otherwise noted. For inventoried products with additional decoration, fulfillment takes place after the product has been ordered and decorated. Customers can expect to have products available or delivered in 1-3 weeks, unless otherwise noted.
  • For on-demand, non-inventoried apparel and promotional products, all orders are collected and processed after the order is placed, unless otherwise noted. For on-demand, non-inventoried apparel and promotional products, fulfillment takes place after the product has been ordered and decorated. Customers can expect to have products available or delivered in 1-3 weeks, unless otherwise noted.
  • For service registration, all orders are processed immediately.

After completing the order, all customers receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time. Please note that we do not fulfill and ship on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping
We offer “best” way shipping options and ship to locations all over the world. Handling and shipping costs and delivery estimates will be displayed while on our website and at checkout. If you have an order that requires shipping, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

3. Cancellations
Before Shipping and if applicable, prior to decoration:
Orders can be canceled or modified free of charge if they have not been shipped and decorated yet. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service at service@lakesidepromotions.com with your order number and contact information as soon as possible.

After Shipping and if applicable, after decoration of product:
If your order has already been shipped and/or decorated, orders may not be able to be canceled. (Please refer to our Return & Refund policy below).

4. Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:
For inventoried, non-customized or personalized products, items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Certain items such as perishables, custom-made items, or personal care products are not eligible for returns. Please check product descriptions for return exceptions.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at service@lakesidepromotions.com with your order number, contact information, and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Refundable Items:
Non-refundable products and/or fees include all products and fees associated with digital downloads, sale items, perishables, custom-made items, or personal care products.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at service@lakesidepromotions.com.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
